* These rates are for each home with maximum occupancy. For couples or small groups, the rates are based on a minimum of $160 per couple per night. Discounts apply for families or groups, or when both houses are booked.
Note: Minimum stay is 2 Nights. Rates are based on high season, weekend bookings. Reductions are available for mid-week, and may vary during the season, and high season holiday periods. Please contact us for the latest best rates available. A cleaning deposit will apply for all bookings, $200 per couple, or $300 for groups of 4 or more.
Check In times: from 2 pm; Check Out times: by 10 am.
Two homes together comfortably sleep 10. Extra guests may be accommodated at a charge of $50 per person per night. With all bedding maximized the homes can sleep up to 16.
